Join Our Team as Business Analyst in Colombia! 🙂 As a team member, you will play a key role in understanding requirements from a business perspective, bridging client needs with the technical team. Required Skills: We are looking for someone who: Has experience in building rapport with clients. Is skilled in gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories. Has a solid background in scope management. Is proficient in backlog management. Is familiar with Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Possesses advanced English skills for effective communication with clients. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Participating in discovery meetings to gather insights and requirements. Engaging in refinement and readiness activities, assisting in defining tasks and estimating effort for development. Collaborating with the development team to define the architecture and design of solutions, ensuring alignment with established requirements. Reporting progress to the client effectively. Proposing the best approaches to help clients achieve their goals. Adapting to a highly fluid environment with shifting priorities. Assisting other team members in developing their skills. Addressing real business challenges in collaboration with the client and the team. Working in high-performance agile teams on international contracts.
