We are looking for a Software Architect with strong expertise in .NET technologies and SQL to design, lead, and evolve scalable, high-performance software solutions. You will be the technical reference for development teams, driving architectural decisions, ensuring best practices, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. Requisitos: Design and evolve scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures aligned with business goals Define architectural patterns, technical standards, and engineering best practices for .NET -based solutions Lead the creation and maintenance of architectural documentation , including system diagrams, design decisions, and integration strategies Conduct architecture reviews across squads, providing structured technical feedback Drive the adoption of best practices in .NET Core / .NET 6+ development Guide teams on C# advanced concepts : LINQ, async/await, generics, dependency injection, and design patterns Define and enforce standards for RESTful API design and implementation Support and mentor senior and mid-level developers , raising the overall technical bar of the team Design and oversee relational database architectures using SQL Server or equivalent Define standards for data modeling, query optimization, and transaction management Ensure database performance , scalability, and integrity across environments Evaluate and recommend strategies for data access patterns and ORM usage (e.g., Entity Framework Architect integrations between internal and external systems , defining clear contracts and communication patterns Define strategies for microservices, event-driven architecture , or SOA where applicable Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure solutions are cloud-ready (preferably Azure) Contribute to CI/CD pipeline design and promote DevSecOps culture across teams Proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6+ and ASP.NET Core Web API Advanced C# skills : LINQ, async/await, generics, reflection, and dependency injection Strong knowledge of design patterns (SOLID, DDD, CQRS, Repository, Mediator) Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems Experience with Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud platforms Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes , and CI/CD practices Inglês: Avançado Diferenciais: Experience with event-driven architectures (Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Kafka) Familiarity with GraphQL in .NET applications Knowledge of Identity Server, JWT, OAuth 2.0 Experience with CQRS and MediatR patterns Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) Familiarity with observability tools (Application Insights, Datadog, Grafana) #LI-AM2 Our benefits: -Health and dental insurance -Meal and food allowance -Childcare assistance -Extended paternity leave -Partnership with gyms and health and wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass) TotalPass; - Profit Sharing and Results Participation (PLR); -Life insurance - Continuous learning platform (CI&T University); -Discount club -Free online platform dedicated to physical, mental, and overall well-being -Pregnancy and responsible parenting course -Partnerships with online learning platforms -Language learning platform And many more!
