About the Role
ServiceSeeking Manila is looking for a detail-oriented Job Audit Specialist to join our team on a part-time weekend basis.
In this role, you will review customer job requests before they are published on the ServiceSeeking Australia platform, ensuring every submission is accurate, complete, appropriately categorised, and meets our marketplace standards. Your work will play a critical role in protecting the quality and integrity of our marketplace while helping businesses receive high-quality job leads.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent written English, and the ability to make consistent, objective decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Job Audit & Quality Review
- Review customer job requests submitted to the ServiceSeeking platform.
- Verify that each job request is complete, accurate, and contains sufficient information for businesses to understand the scope of work.
- Ensure jobs are assigned to the correct Australian trade or service category.
- Approve or reject job requests in accordance with ServiceSeeking's marketplace standards and policies.
Marketplace Protection
- Identify and reject duplicate, spam, fraudulent, misleading, or suspicious job submissions.
- Prevent abusive, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content from being published.
- Escalate complex or high-risk submissions when required.
Australian Trades Knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of Australian trades and home service industries.
- Assess whether customer requests align with the selected trade category.
Continuous Improvement
- Apply policies consistently to ensure high-quality audit decisions.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to the job review process.
- Prepare reports on audit outcomes, trends, and recommendations.
Qualifications
Essential
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to make objective and consistent decisions.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible can work during AU holidays or as needed
- Own equipment PC or laptop to use for weekend remote work
Preferred
- Experience in quality assurance, content moderation, marketplace operations, customer support, or a similar role.
- Experience working with Australian clients or Australian businesses.
- Knowledge of the Australian trades and home services industry.
- Experience working with online platforms or digital marketplaces.
