About the Role Wortel AI is looking for a People & Operations Manager to help keep our growing 100+ annotator team running smoothly. You will be the go-to person for people and operations. What you will do

Team Queries: Be the first point of contact, answer questions, and help unblock the team.
HR & People Operations: Support policies, payroll coordination, employee wellbeing, and day-to-day HR needs.
Contract Management: Manage employee contracts and related documentation.
Social Media: Create job posts, team updates, and content across our social channels.
Hiring & Onboarding: Source, screen, hire, and onboard new annotators. What we look for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
A people-first mindset
