Learn more about us and what we do at aware.com.au Your New Role We're looking for a Journey Orchestration Specialist to join our Digital Engagement & Personalisation team, supporting the delivery of personalised, data-driven member experiences across the acquisition, onboarding and engagement lifecycle. You'll be involved in the complete campaign lifecycle, from journey design and build through to testing, deployment, reporting and continuous improvement. Max Term role until 30 June 2027 Sydney or Melbourne location Hybrid working environment Key responsibilities include: Build, execute and optimise automated member communication journeys across acquisition, onboarding and engagement programs. Work closely with Marketing segments to manage the end-to-end digital marketing campaigns by contributing to campaign plan development and developing campaign and communication recommendations for prospects, members, and employers (inclusive of public website, member website, mobile, email, social, video, and other initiatives) Leverage Adobe capabilities to improve personalisation, engagement and conversion outcomes. Use insights and analytics to establish and optimise key global journeys, remedy customer friction points and drive conversion across acquisition and direct engagement. Assist with end-to-end delivery of key digital campaigns, including A/B testing and personalised messaging, from ideation to execution and measurements. Enables search engine optimisation and search engine marketing through effective content management. How do you exceed our expectations? Experience in a digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM or customer journey role within a large corporate or enterprise environment. Hands-on experience building and managing automated email communications and customer journeys. Exposure to marketing automation and customer engagement platforms, with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Experience Manager highly regarded. Demonstrated project management ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders across a range of tasks, including prioritisation and planning skills. Experience delivering campaigns end-to-end, including implementation, testing, reporting and optimisation.
