JP Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer （北海道、北上、新横浜、四日市、広島、熊本） クライアント先（国内主要半導体メーカー）の工場内に出向き、弊社納入の半導体製造装置の立ち上げ、保守業務、トラブルシューティングなどの業務 技術職務内容 ・　顧客先において、複雑な電気・電子および電気機械システムに対する修理、予防保全、設置、移設、立ち上げ業務を高い品質で提供。 ・　トラブルシューティングおよび問題解決を行う。 ・　現地での予防保全作業を実施し、装置が仕様どおりに稼働の確認 ・　装置トラブルを診断し、原因を特定した上で、ダウンタイムやシステム停止を最小限に抑える対応を実施する。必要に応じて関係部門へエスカレーションを行い、迅速な解決を図る。 ・　不良ユニット、部品の発注、交換、取り付けを適切に行う。 ・　顧客先での装置の設置および移設作業を支援し、システムの立ち上げを行う。 ・　複数プラットフォームにおいて、アップグレード、予防保全、設置、立ち上げ作業を実施する。 ・　必要に応じて、担当エンジニアや技術者の作業を調整・サポートする。 ・　各種トレーニング、マニュアル、メーカー資料、その他関連資料を通じて、装置やツールに関する最新知識を維持する。 ・　上長および顧客との円滑な連携を目的として、サービス記録やレポートなどの必要な文書を正確に管理・作成する。 必須の経験・スキル ・　大学・専門学校卒以上（高卒は業務経験により検討） ・　半導体製造装置メーカーまたは半導体デバイスメーカーでの業務経験【歓迎する経験・スキル】 ・　製造業界経験者でも歓迎 ・　Etch/CVD に関する知識・経験・コミュニケーションスキルの高い方 ・　英語ができれば尚可（現時点でできる必要はありませんが、今後、前向きに習得する意志がある方） 福利厚生 手当等: 時間外勤務手当、休日勤務手当、深夜勤務手当、通勤手当、単身赴任手当、転勤手当、シフト勤務手当、オンコール手当、社員紹介手当 休日: 土曜、日曜、祝日、会社設立記念日、バースデイ休暇、年末年始休暇（12月30日から1月4日） 福利厚生: 各種社会保険、退職金制度、福利厚生クラブ、持ち株会制度、慶弔金、生命保険、所得補償保険、自己学習補助制度、研修制度、PhD支援制度、ペアレンタルリーブ、社宅制度（新卒者対象）、転居サポート 等 Our commitment We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
