Hello, our name is Customertimes, but you can call us CT. We are a global digital engineering, product development, and technology consulting company. Headquartered in New York, we have a team of 1000+ experts working across 65+ countries. About this job: We're looking for a generalist Employer Branding Specialist to support our existing employer branding initiatives at Customertimes. You'll join the HR Marketing team, which owns internal communications and employer branding . Who we're looking for: You'll be joining a team with an already-established internal culture — including our own mascot, a recognition platform, and both internal and external communication channels. We have a clear strategy and vision for helping our employees (we call each other CTzens) feel like part of one team. This role suits someone who can stay attentive and consistent when handling repetitive, operational tasks — for example, managing our recognition program and regularly crediting internal currency to employees on the platform . But it's not all about routine work. You'll also get to create content for internal communications and social media, support employer branding initiatives, and help turn ideas into real projects. We enjoy experimenting with AI — figuring out how Claude and other tools can make our everyday work simpler and faster. We'd love to hear about your experience with this. It's also important that you're comfortable working with different tools for creating visuals — Canva, Figma, AI tools , and others — since they're a core part of every project we run. Location: You can work from home or from our office in the center of Kyiv — whatever works best for you. That said, we'll give preference to candidates who can come to the office every 1-2 months to help us create content for our Instagram. How you'll make an impact: Support ongoing operational processes and keep routine tasks running smoothly; Help prepare and maintain content for our regular employer brand projects (recognition, merch, CSR, and L&D initiatives); Create visuals and short videos for social media and employer branding; Help organize internal activities and collect employee feedback to improve future activities ; Use AI tools to speed up content production . What makes you a great fit: 2–4 years of experience in employer branding, communications, content production, or digital marketing; Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools; Curiosity about AI tools for content creation and automation; Some experience creating content for social media; Ability to manage several tasks at once while staying organized ; Good communication skills and a feel for storytelling; English level B2+. You are a star if you have: Experience working in IT, tech, or fast-growing digital companies; Experience organizing and hosting employee engagement initiatives or internal events. If you're looking to contribute to global projects, grow your skills, shape the way you work, and be part of a connected international community — Customertimes is the place to build your next career chapter.
