The position and your daily adventures This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week. We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, business, and customer experience . You'll turn insights into action, simplify complex ideas, and collaborate with teams across Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations to solve meaningful business challenges. If you're analytical, curious, a strong communicator, and excited about building solutions that create real impact, we'd love to meet you What you can expect: Business Operations & Strategy Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer operations. Support operational initiatives that drive efficiency and scalability across the B2B business. Build reports, dashboards and business analyses to support strategic decision-making. Automate repetitive operational processes using data and technology. Understand customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve product adoption. Cross-functional Projects Work closely with Product, Commercial, Operations, Marketing and Data teams. Translate business needs into scalable operational solutions. Help communicate complex product features and operational processes in a simple, customer-centric way. Contribute to documentation, process standardization and knowledge sharing. B2B CRM & Customer Lifecycle Support the execution and optimization of CRM initiatives across the B2B customer journey. Help design customer engagement strategies that improve activation, adoption, retention and product usage. Assist in customer segmentation based on business behavior, lifecycle stage and product adoption. Monitor CRM performance and recommend improvements based on business insights. What we are looking for: 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Operations, CRM Operations, Growth, Strategy, Consulting or similar analytical roles. Mid-Advanced SQL. Advanced Excel. Basic Python. Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker or Power BI). Familiarity with CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus. Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to improve workflows and productivity. Advanced English. Nice to have Experience working with B2B products or customers. Exposure to CRM, Growth or Customer Success initiatives. Experience in fintech, SaaS or other high-growth technology companies.
