Jr. Developer
You love well-built websites. Smooth transitions, clean code, responsive layouts — the kind of digital work that feels as good as it looks. You care about the details, and you’re excited to learn from a team that shares that mindset. Make Digital is hiring a Junior Developer to join our remote studio. You’ll support Webflow and Shopify builds for creative, design-forward brands. This is a full-time role for someone with solid front-end fundamentals, a strong eye for design, and the motivation to keep growing.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of front-end development experience, or a strong portfolio of personal or freelance projects
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
- Experience with Webflow and/or Shopify — or eager to learn both
- Comfortable working in Figma and translating designs into dev-ready builds
- Curious, self-motivated, and open to feedback
- Able to communicate clearly and work effectively in a remote environment
- Bonus: experience with Liquid, GSAP, or headless CMS like Sanity or Contentful
Responsibilities
There are four key areas the Junior Developer will contribute to:
- Front-End Development
- Webflow & Shopify Builds
- Design Integration
- Collaboration with Design + Strategy Teams
What You'll Do
- Build responsive, accessible websites using Webflow and/or Shopify
- Translate designs from Figma into clean, maintainable code
- Collaborate with designers and developers across time zones
- Implement motion and interaction using Webflow, CSS, or GSAP
- Work with CMS platforms and basic version control tools (Git, GitHub)
- Contribute to QA, testing, and polishing details before launch
What You Bring
- A portfolio or personal projects that show solid front-end skills
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
- Familiarity with Webflow and/or Shopify (or eagerness to learn)
- Comfortable working with Figma files and design systems
- Attention to layout, motion, and performance
- A remote-friendly mindset
- Bonus: experience with Liquid, GSAP, or headless CMS like Sanity
