Jr. Quality Assurance Analyst

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $61,000.00 Annually Job Functions: The Quality Assurance Analyst is a IntelAgree team member involved in many aspects of a customer engagement; from the collaboration with other team members and customers to determine the best solution for our product to the design, development, and delivery of software products. This job can lead to be a Junior Software Developer on the IntelAgree team. Job Function and Qualifications Essential Duties/Responsibilities Accountability for value in the work you perform and the service you provide Establish credibility by the sharing of knowledge related to your personal experiences and work with the team to maintain strong communication throughout each relationship Sticking to the game plan. If something gets committed, ensuring it gets done Education/Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates) N/A Experience 1 - 5 years testing software including SaaS ASP.NET applications Exceptional written and oral communication skills Aptitude and desire for learning new technologies Ability to self-organize and manage your time Ability to learn business concepts quickly Ability to multitask across different projects Project experience in writing manual test cases and executing manual test cases Good understanding and experience with agile development practices, including unit testing and continuous integration Willingness to take on additional responsibility to ensure team success and quality solutions Team player that understands how your own work is important to the team's success Ability to multitask across different projects Experience interacting with developers to help resolve bugs/defects Experience in functional, system, integration, UAT, and regression testing Must be a critical thinker with the ability to think outside the box and build test cases that are comprehensive (include positive tests, negative tests etc.) A strong sense of ownership and a willingness to work with team members to drive out successful solutions Ability to work overtime when needed based on project schedules A desire to constantly learn and share new knowledge A caring attitude – care about what you do, who you do it with, and how you’re going to be successful in the end Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience with hands-on coding/software development in a .NET environment is a plus Experience in QA role on a Scrum team Experience in automation using Selenium Experience in API testing using tools like Postman Benefits Open PTO – Take as much as you need to maintain a proper work-life balance, including 12 company-paid holidays and the entire week of December.
