About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Python Game Developer (Panda3D) to contribute to an innovative AI training project. In this remote contract role, you will apply your game development expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems by reviewing code, solving technical challenges, and creating high-quality training content. Previous AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze Python, C++, and Panda3D-based game development tasks.
Evaluate game logic, rendering, and gameplay mechanics.
Create and refine technical examples for AI training.
Document solutions and explain development decisions clearly.
Collaborate with a distributed team to deliver high-quality technical content.
Participate in continuous feedback and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Python game development.
Strong hands-on experience with Panda3D.
Good knowledge of Python, C++, and Git/GitHub.
Understanding of 3D game development, rendering, and game mechanics.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

Open-source contribution experience.
Familiarity with AI or machine learning projects.
Knowledge of modern game development workflows.
