We are highly mission-driven and have reconnected, transformed and empowered tens of thousands of lives to date THE ROLE The Junior Account Manager role is a mix of account management, sales support, customer service, operations, and user experience functions, all of which are vital to the success of Audicus. This opportunity is perfect for an energetic, self-starter who wants to join a fast-growing startup and build a career in account management. This role will manage a portfolio of smaller partner accounts while supporting the Account Management team with order processing, accounts receivable follow-up, onboarding activities, account setup, and partner training. It's an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes of account management, develop strong client relationship skills, and grow into a larger account ownership role over time. We'll show you the ropes, but we're ultimately looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and is excited to help build our brand through exceptional partner support and account management. RESPONSIBILITIES Support partner onboarding & training: Assist with partner onboarding, account setup, product training, and educational sessions to help ensure a successful launch and positive partner experience. Provide day-to-day account support: Serve as a primary contact for a portfolio of smaller partner accounts while supporting senior Account Managers with larger accounts and ongoing partner needs. Coordinate order management: Troubleshoot order issues, resolve order errors, and work cross-functionally to keep partner orders and service requests running smoothly. Support accounts receivable efforts: Partner with the Accounts Receivable team to monitor outstanding balances, communicate with partners regarding payment issues, and help escalate collection concerns when needed. Manage office equipment & inventory: Oversee hearing aid equipment, supplies, and inventory for the NYC office, ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and availability. Develop account management skills: Learn the fundamentals of account management while taking on increasing ownership and responsibility, with opportunities for career growth into a full Account Manager role. They get creative and innovative to solve problems and provide exceptional customer experiences. 1-2 years of Account Management, Sales, or Customer-Facing Experience Energetic, go getter, easy going, hard working, and sincere Fast learner - you retain information quickly and are eager to tackle new challenges Collaborative - you are a team player who loves helping others around you Highly organized and responsible - you take ownership of tasks and are a master multitasker Growth mindset - naturally curious with a strong desire to learn NYC-based highly preferred COMPENSATION Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision through Aetna; 401K, telehealth, commuter benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Flexible PTO, Paid Sick Leave FLSA Status: Exempt – This position is not eligible for overtime pay and is expected to fulfill the responsibilities of the role regardless of hours worked.
