We're looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team on a 2-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll help ensure accurate accounting records across multiple entities by processing invoices, maintaining financial data, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. What You’ll Do: Process and categorize invoices across multiple legal entities according to internal accounting guidelines; Review, validate, and correct accounting entries to ensure data accuracy and consistency; Reconcile accounting records and investigate missing or incomplete documentation; Maintain accurate financial data by updating, cleaning, and organizing accounting information; Support month-end accounting activities by preparing and validating financial records; Collaborate with internal teams to collect required accounting documents and resolve discrepancies. What We’re Looking For: Some hands-on accounting experience, gained through an internship or a junior position; Basic understanding of accounting principles, including debit, credit, and financial postings; Experience processing invoices and maintaining accounting records; Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in financial data; Ability to work independently while following established accounting procedures; Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; Professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
