Home | PHOENIX group The heart of the role As a Junior Accounts Payable Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of invoices and payments for our French entity within the PHOENIX Group. You’ll be part of a supportive, international finance team focused on efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your primary responsibilities will be: Support the day-to-day Accounts Payable operations. Process supplier invoices from verification to payment release. Maintain accurate vendor records and assist in month-end closing activities. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations. Contribute to achieving service level targets and performance KPIs. Take part in initiatives to improve efficiency and automation in AP processes. What makes you beat High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is an advantage. Some experience in Finance or Accounting (internship or entry-level role). Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). Knowledge of French is a plus. Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn in an international environment.
