Junior AI Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a Junior AI Implementation Specialist to join our team as we support a prominent Spanish logistics firm. This role is focused on helping their leadership and operations teams use modern tools to clarify their internal processes and reduce daily friction. It is a full-time, permanent position that is fully remote, allowing you to work from your own space while staying closely connected with the team.

What you will do

• Helping teams draft prompts that turn long meeting transcripts into short, actionable summaries.
• Setting up simple automated workflows to track how decisions are handed off between logistics coordinators.
• Assisting in the creation of a central library for standard operating procedures using AI categorization tools.
• Participating in remote workshops to identify where manual data entry can be replaced by more intelligent tools.
• Writing documentation that explains how to use these new tools in plain, simple English.
• Reviewing the outputs of AI tools to ensure accuracy and tone match the firm's requirements.
• Supporting the senior consultants in mapping out the logistics firm's current decision-making patterns.
• Testing new prompts and workflows to ensure they actually save time for the people using them.
