Junior AI Support Specialist

This position exists to provide technical support and analytical guidance for our ongoing mandates. Our client is a Sharjah-based family group that requires assistance in integrating automated research and internal support systems into their daily operations. You will act as a primary point of contact for resolving tool-related queries and ensuring these new systems function effectively within the firm's broader governance framework.

What you will do

• Respond to internal and client queries regarding the use of specific AI research tools and analytical platforms.
• Conduct research on emerging software that can improve the performance of our operating model reviews.
• Help draft clear documentation that explains how new technical tools fit into existing corporate workflows.
• Monitor system performance to ensure that automated data gathering remains accurate and reliable.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for colleagues and client teams working within remote platforms.
• Assist principals in preparing technical briefings for board-level presentations and portfolio reviews.
• Maintain a repository of common issues and solutions to help streamline future support requests.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all AI-assisted outputs meet the firm's standards for accuracy and sobriety.
