Job Description
We are looking for 4 curious people with KYC knowledge who want to get familiar with the onboarding process for business customers and grow as specialists in our onboarding team within the multinational Welcoming & Orchestration Services Department.
As a Junior AML Specialist Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulations while delivering high-quality service to business customers' onboarding with the bank.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
You will:
- Facilitate the onboarding of new corporate customers from Nordic countries
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for business customers in accordance with KYC and AML requirements
- Maintain and manage data across multiple internal systems
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments and stakeholders within Danske Bank
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation by applying Lean principles
About you:
- At least 1 year of experience in KYC sector and/or back office
- Solid communication skills
- High level of accuracy, quality, and attention to details
- Ability to learn quickly, work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes
- Team player with a growth mindset and can-do attitude
- Upper-intermediate (written and verbal communication) skills in English
We offer:
Monthly salary range from 1800 EUR to 2700 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
