Junior AML/KYC Officer

We support fund managers, global companies, family offices and private clients operating worldwide. Conduct AML/KYC reviews and prepare investor files for various entity types, including Individuals, Companies, Trusts, Foundations, and Regulated Entities. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards throughout the onboarding process. Liaise with auditors, AIFMs, depositaries, compliance teams, and management to collect, review, and follow up on KYC documentation. Perform screening, filing, and verification of KYC records, while managing and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders. Build strong client relationships, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to an efficient and customer-focused onboarding experience. Bachelor/Master degree in Economics or Finance - recently graduated 0-1 year experience in AML/KYC or Compliance is a great asset Fluent in English, any other language will be considered as an advantage (French and German in particular); Self-motivated team player At IQ-EQ we want you to reach your full potential.
