We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey! Your Mission: We are looking for a Junior Billing Specialist to join our fast-growing Billing and Collections team. As a Junior Billing Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting daily billing operations, ensuring billing accuracy and data integrity, assisting with invoice preparation and reconciliations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise while contributing to the efficiency and success of our Billing function. Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly fees (Collect and analyze data for monthly assessment Monthly invoicing (Calculate and send invoices. Follow up accounts receivables) Merchant daily correspondence (Handle internal and clients' emails in timely manner) System updating and checking for fees Database maintenance (Ensure that different data types are updated accurately and timely in our database) Balance monitoring (Keep track of overdraft accounts and notify the customers for settlement) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage deadlines Problem-solving and analytical skills Strong computer skills Organizational skills Excellent communication and collaborative skills Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team University diploma (Finance/Economics degree) Fluent in English and Greek Private Health Care Provident Fund Competitive holiday allowance Gym Membership Nuvei is an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates collaboration and innovation and is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive workplace.
