Responsibilities: Create and adapt visual materials for Employer Brand projects, internal communications, presentations, events, and educational initiatives. Support regular design requests from HR and other internal teams. Work with existing brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across materials. Prepare digital and print-ready files. Collaborate with the Employer Brand team, manage several tasks in parallel, and deliver on time. Occasionally support offline events, shoots, or production-related tasks. Requirements: 1+ year of relevant graphic design experience, or a strong junior portfolio. Confident skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy. Ability to create and adapt visuals for both digital and print formats. Experience with AI tools for creative generation and visual exploration. Basic motion design / animation skills. Attention to detail, good time management, and ability to work with feedback. A portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design work. English level sufficient to work with briefs, references, and internal communication. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with different types of design requests. Genuinely curious about art, design, and visual culture — motivated to grow as a designer. Would be a plus: Illustration or hand-drawing skills. More advanced motion design / animation skills. Experience with print production and preparing files for printing. Interest in experimenting with new AI and design tools. Background outside of IT (we’re open to candidates from other industries).
