About the Role

Hiredbuddy is an AI data annotation and labelling platform that provides high-quality datasets to AI labs and researchers. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in training AI models by analyzing, evaluating, and improving their outputs. This is an entry-level, fully remote position ideal for analytical thinkers who are eager to learn and contribute to cutting-edge AI technology.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated content: Review and assess the accuracy, relevance, and quality of AI responses across a variety of business-related topics.
• Annotate and label data: Follow detailed guidelines to label datasets that train AI models in business analysis, finance, strategy, and operations.
• Craft reference answers: Write clear, concise, and accurate reference answers to business questions, ensuring they align with best practices and logical reasoning.
• Audit and rank outputs: Compare multiple AI responses, rank them by quality, and provide feedback to improve model performance.
• Identify edge cases: Recognize ambiguous or tricky business scenarios and document them for further training.
• Collaborate with the team: Participate in training sessions and provide insights to improve annotation guidelines and processes.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience or relevant coursework in business, economics, finance, or a related field
