As our HR Digital Solutions team expands, we are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Junior Business & Data Integration Analyst (m/f) – HR Analytics to join us. This is an exciting role designed for someone who loves both working with people and digging into data infrastructure. You will act as a key connector between HR business teams and central IT, helping gather business requirements, verifying data models in our data lake, and assisting with Workday integrations. This is a hybrid role designed for someone who loves both working with people and digging into data infrastructure. You will act as a key connector between HR business teams and central IT, helping gather business requirements, verifying data models in our data lake, and assisting with Workday integrations. Bridge Business & IT: Collaborate closely with HR teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, serving as a key liaison with central IT and leading rigorous data validation. Drive Visual Analytics & Insights: Design, build, and optimize impactful Power BI dashboards while tracking usage metrics to enhance analytics delivery continuously. Empower Users & Support Operations: Enable business teams through engaging training and clear documentation, while supporting the roadmap and feature backlog prioritization. Uphold Data Governance & Privacy: Champion high data privacy standards and strict compliance protocols across all HR analytics initiatives. Ensure Data Lineage & Transparency: Maintain clear end-to-end data lineage and comprehensive technical documentation for internal architecture and workflows. Are you a MATCH?
