JHC Consulting is currently supporting a partner based in Milan on a strategic engagement regarding corporate governance and long term leadership planning. To support this mandate and the broader digital infrastructure of our practice, we are seeking a Junior CMS Developer. This role is fundamental to the way we manage, archive, and present our core work: the written memorandum. We do not use traditional presentation software. Instead, we rely on a structured, technical environment that allows our principals to draft, revise, and store high level advisory documents. The Junior CMS Developer ensures that the technical systems behind these documents remain reliable and organized.
The Role
In this role, your daily focus is the technical health and structural integrity of our internal content systems. You will be responsible for managing the templates and content architecture that house our signed memoranda. Because every engagement results in a permanent written record, the way we tag, store, and retrieve information is vital to the firm. You will assist in the deployment of new content modules, troubleshoot issues within the CMS, and ensure that our digital archives remain precise and accessible. This is a fully remote position that requires a steady hand in managing the technical backbone of a firm that values clarity and permanence in its writing.
What You Bring
We are looking for an individual at the start of their technical career who understands the intersection of web technology and structured content. You should have a basic proficiency in HTML and CSS, along with a foundational understanding of how content management systems function. We value candidates who can follow strict style guides and who appreciate the importance of clean, organized code. You do not need years of professional experience, but you must demonstrate a disciplined approach to your work and a willingness to learn our specific methodologies for document versioning and archival.
