Junior Creative Strategist (Meta Ads Contents)

We're looking for a Junior Creative Strategist who is curious about content, advertising and what makes people stop scrolling. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or junior creative to develop hands-on experience across creative strategy, short-form content, scripting and Meta Ads planning — with training provided along the way. What You'll Be Crafting Brainstorm engaging content ideas, hooks, storylines and creative angles for short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook. Develop clear scripts, storyboards and content flows that turn ideas into engaging, easy-to-produce video concepts. Support Meta Ads launching by planning creative assets and angles for Meta Ads launches, working closely with the team. Collaborate the wider marketing team to bring concepts to life, provide feedback and improve creative outputs. Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to support ideation, scripting and content planning. Training will be provided. Stay updated with social media trends, viral content and competitor creatives to identify new opportunities and creative approaches. Your Superpowers Fresh graduates are welcome — we value potential, curiosity and willingness to learn. A creative mindset with a genuine interest in social media, short-form content and advertising. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. Able to think of different ideas, angles and approaches rather than relying on a single concept. A fast learner who is comfortable trying new tools, learning from feedback and adapting quickly. Video editing or Meta Ads experience is a strong advantage, but not required. Prior experience with content creation, social media, copywriting, video editing or digital marketing is a plus.
