You support new and existing customers in digitizing business processes, with a focus on sales, customer service, and field service. You analyze processes and business needs and translate them into clear solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. You collaborate closely with the development and project teams to design and deliver solutions. You help configure solutions and support testing. This ensures everything works correctly, meets customer expectations, and is ready for Go-Live. You deliver training sessions and workshops for key users and end users so they can work independently with the system. You set priorities, take ownership, and contribute to customer satisfaction and high-quality project delivery. Are you the NORRIQ Star we're looking for? You hold a Master’s degree in an economic field (Business Engineering, Applied Economics, or Business Administration). If you are in your final year, you can also apply. You have a first work experience or a relevant internship and want to apply this knowledge in software implementations. You are eager to deepen your expertise in CRM and digitalization within a consultancy environment. You communicate clearly, work in a structured way, and enjoy taking responsibility. You speak Dutch and have a professional knowledge of English . Knowledge of French is a plus. An affinity with CRM systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or another CRM platform) is a plus but not required.
