Braun Management provides rigorous analysis and structural solutions to executive teams across Europe facing complex organizational friction. We focus on uncovering evidence-backed truths to help leadership navigate two-tier boards, works councils, and stalled market entries.
The Role As a Junior CSS Developer, you will support our digital presence and the internal tools used to present complex organizational data to our clients. Our partner is a major European logistics network currently undergoing a significant restructuring of their internal communication platforms. This role exists to ensure that our visual presentations and internal dashboards maintain high precision and structural clarity. This is a fully remote position that requires a focus on the unglamorous but necessary work of maintaining clean, reusable code.
What You Will Do
Maintain and update internal style sheets to ensure consistency across various diagnostic tools and reports.
Translate complex organizational data visualizations into clean, responsive web layouts using modern CSS techniques.
Collaborate with the technical team to debug visual issues and operational friction within our remote collaboration tools.
Audit existing style guides to remove redundant code and improve the clarity of our digital documentation.
Assist in the creation of accessible web components for leadership dashboards, ensuring compliance with European accessibility standards.
Document styling decisions clearly to support our internal culture of written transparency and long term maintainability.
Test visual layouts across different browsers to ensure that evidence-backed conclusions are displayed accurately for all stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS, including an understanding of layout systems like Flexbox or Grid.
A strong interest in complex business systems and how visual structure can improve data comprehension.
Exceptional attention to detail when translating design requirements into functional code.
Ability to write clear, concise documentation about technical choices and styling logic.
Familiarity with browser developer tools to investigate and resolve visual inconsistencies.
A disciplined approach to remote work and the ability to manage time effectively without direct supervision.
Willingness to learn about the complexities of European governance and how technical presentation supports executive decision-making.
How We Work We operate as a fully remote team that prioritizes written documentation over frequent meetings. Our culture is built on accountability and precision, where every team member is expected to contribute to a shared body of knowledge. We value sober second thoughts and evidence-backed arguments rather than quick fixes or flashy trends. Because we are remote, we rely on clear, structured communication to navigate organizational problems effectively.
What We Offer
A permanent, full-time position with a stable and professional European consulting firm.
The flexibility of a 100 percent remote work arrangement that respects your focus and personal schedule.
Competitive pay that is attractive for entry-level developers in the current market and the industry.
Access to internal training materials focused on organizational structure and professional consulting.
A working environment that values intellectual rigor and long-term structural solutions over surface-level aesthetics.
This role is vital for ensuring that the structural truths we uncover for our clients are presented with the clarity they deserve. By maintaining the visual integrity of our tools, you help leadership teams at our logistics partner see the path forward through their organizational friction. Your work supports the difficult but necessary task of restructuring complex systems for long-term growth.
