Junior D365 CRM Manager

About the Role We are looking for a motivated Junior CRM Manager to join our team in Reutlingen. In this role, you will support CRM activities, marketing automation, campaign management, and data-driven customer engagement using Microsoft Dynamics 365 . This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys working with data, technology, and business processes and is keen to develop their CRM and marketing expertise. Support the management and further development of CRM processes and activities Assist with the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a CRM and ERP system Analyse and manage large volumes of customer and business data Support marketing automation activities and contribute to improving customer communication Maintain data quality and ensure accurate CRM information Support projects related to CRM, marketing, and business processes Collaborate closely with internal teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes Completed university degree or vocational training in Economics, Business Administration, Economics/Finance, Business Informatics , or a similar field Initial experience in marketing automation or campaign management is desirable Basic knowledge of the GDPR and project management is an advantage Confident user of MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Strong affinity for numbers and confidence working with large volumes of data Structured, independent, and responsible working style Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills Motivation to take on responsibility and continuously develop both professionally and personally Permanent position with a hybrid working model Opportunity to develop your CRM, marketing automation, and Dynamics 365 expertise Varied responsibilities with the opportunity to take ownership of projects Collaborative and supportive working environment Opportunities for professional and personal development The chance to contribute to the further development of modern CRM processes and solutions
