Junior Data Analys

Role Description The Junior Data Analyst is a part-time, remote role focused on supporting data-driven decision-making across agriculture and foodtech-related initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, the Junior Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize datasets from various sources, and perform basic analyses to identify trends and patterns. The role includes creating simple reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to internal stakeholders in a clear and accessible way. The Junior Data Analyst will assist in building and maintaining data models, contribute to the evaluation of marketing and innovation-related metrics, and collaborate with team members to improve data quality and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and foundational experience in data analytics.
• Knowledge of statistics and ability to apply basic statistical methods to real-world datasets.
• Experience with data modeling concepts and an interest in developing and refining data structures.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet tools and basic data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools).
• Attention to detail, organized work habits, and the ability to manage part-time remote responsibilities independently.
• Interest in agriculture, foodtech, or sustainability-related topics is highly beneficial.
• Coursework or a degree in a quantitative field (such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines) is a plus, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
