Junior Designer Furniture (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM As a Junior Designer Furniture , you’ll support the creation of inspiring and on-trend products across our largest category including Sofas, Beds, Chairs, Dining Tables, Case goods, Coffee & Side Tables, Armchairs, and Outdoor. Working closely with the development teams, you’ll contribute to shaping the Westwing Collection with a strong focus on design, colour, materials, and finishes. This is a unique opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, international environment and develop your design skills while contributing to a premium and design-led portfolio. This position is permanent and based in Munich . WHAT YOU'LL DO Design and develop on-trend and visually appealing products across multiple furniture sub-categories Assist in managing the design pipeline and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Buying, Quality, Product Management) Develop CMF (colour, material, finish) concepts to support product development Prepare design concepts, sketches, and product documentation Review samples and prototypes against design specifications and Westwing’s design language, flagging deviations before sign-off YOU COME WITH A deep passion for product design and a clear ambition for design excellence 1+ years of professional experience or relevant internships in product, industrial, furniture, or related design Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite A strong interest in product development, materials, design trends, and a keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and proportion An understanding of materials, production processes, and sustainability, with the ability to work in a structured and collaborative way Strong communication skills, a proactive, hands-on mindset, and fluency in English WHY WESTWING If you are looking for a place where ambition meets creativity, where ideas turn into impact fast, and where people are trusted to grow - you have found it.
