A well-established business known for its expertise in professional services and digital transformation is looking for a motivated professional to join the digital consulting team. The successful candidate will support clients across various industries in technical implementation projects on a cloud-based enterprise platform. This role offers a structured six-week training program to ensure a smooth transition into complex technical projects.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the technical implementation of transformation projects on the platform

• Gathering client requirements and translating them into technical user stories

• Managing onshore and offshore resources throughout design, test, and implementation phases

• Providing technical and functional input for the sales process and solution design

• Developing new service offerings in collaboration with cross-functional global teams

What we're looking for

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field with a strong interest in software

• Enthusiasm for IT trends, digital technologies, and process management

• Initial experience in software implementation projects or a strong desire to learn

• Strong communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders and decision-making

• Proficiency in both German and English at a C2 level
