Key Responsibilities - Help prepare paid media & retail media campaign briefs and coordinate with internal teams and country marketing managers. - Assist in paid media & retail media campaign planning, coordination, monitoring and basic optimization suggestions. - Support the coordination of paid media campaigns on Google and Meta across multiple countries - Support the coordination of retail media campaigns across multiple countries - Conduct basic analysis on paid media and retail media campaign performance and report findings. - Perform paid media competitor research. - Support A/B testing of creatives and landing pages. Desired Skills and Experience - Currently studying in Marketing, Business, or similar (enrolled throughout internship) - Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid media. - Analytical mindset and willingness to learn. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Advanced in English. Personality - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn. - Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
