Role Description The Junior Digital Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital initiatives for George Quiz across web, mobile, and marketing channels. In this full-time hybrid role based in Brussels, the team member will manage project timelines, track tasks, and help align stakeholders from product, marketing, and content teams, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. Daily responsibilities include assisting in the definition of project scopes, preparing documentation, monitoring progress, and reporting on key milestones and risks. The role also involves supporting digital campaign execution, coordinating content updates in the app and on owned channels, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, partners, and vendors. The Junior Digital Project Manager will contribute to improving processes, optimizing user journeys, and helping deliver high-quality digital experiences for George Quiz players.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Digital Project Management and Project Management, including managing timelines, tasks, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present clear, concise updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of Digital Marketing, with exposure to campaign planning, performance tracking, or user acquisition in a digital product context.
• Experience or familiarity with Content Management, such as updating app or web content, organizing assets, and maintaining consistency across channels.
• Basic knowledge of product or agile methodologies (e.g., working with backlogs, sprints, or user stories) is an advantage.
• Comfort using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to identify issues and suggest practical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Digital Media, Business, Marketing, IT) or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in music, gaming, or entertainment technology, and motivation to grow in a startup environment.
