Junior E-commerce Specialist

About the role

LAAGAM is an independent fashion brand based in Barcelona. We are looking for a Junior E-commerce Specialist to keep our online store accurate, current and commercially sharp every day.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will spend real time in Shopify: launching drops, editing product pages, merchandising collections, checking promotions, testing the site and fixing or escalating issues.

You will work closely with our Digital Growth Manager, Merchandising, Brand, Graphic Design, Customer Service and Operations.

What you will do

• Execute product drops, campaigns, promotions, sales and restocks in Shopify.
• Create and maintain product pages: descriptions, images, videos, variants, approved prices, tags, metafields, composition, care and size guides.
• Check every launch before it goes live: prices, stock, markets, links, sizes, assets and copy.
• Build and maintain collections, categories, filters, menus and landing pages.
• Merchandise collections and rotate featured products according to the priorities agreed with Merchandising.
• Maintain sold-out, restock, recommendation, related-product and cross-selling rules.
• Update the homepage, collection pages and product pages using assets supplied by Brand and Graphic Design.
• Configure approved discounts and promotions, test them before launch and remove them on time.
• Run daily QA on mobile and desktop across navigation, content, prices, stock, checkout, apps and integrations.
• Fix simple issues directly and escalate technical bugs to developers with clear context and follow-up.
• Coordinate order, payment and synchronisation incidents with Customer Service, Operations and Logistics.
• Prepare the weekly digital report: sales, orders, returns, best sellers, market performance and relevant anomalies.
• Prepare in-stock product selections for paid media, CRM and commercial campaigns.
• Implement landing pages, tests and web improvements prioritised by the Digital Growth Manager.
• Keep calendars, checklists and procedures updated so launches do not depend on one person’s memory.

What success looks like

• Drops and promotions launch on time and without avoidable errors.
• Product, pricing and market information is accurate.
• Website issues are detected and resolved or escalated quickly.
• Weekly reporting is delivered on time and identifies what requires action.
• Shopify execution becomes faster, cleaner and better documented.

What we are looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations or a similar role. Relevant internships count.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify is strongly preferred.
• Extremely organised and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel and basic e-commerce metrics.
• Able to manage several launches and requests without losing track of deadlines.
• Professional fluency in Spanish, as the team works day to day in Spanish.
• Working English for international markets, tools and partners.
• Comfortable using AI tools for research, reporting, QA and documentation, while checking the result before publishing.
• Based in Barcelona or able to work regularly from our Barcelona office.
