Junior Email Marketing Manager About the team Bioma - probiotic supplements designed to support gut health, energy levels, and focus by replenishing good gut bacteria. We are looking for a Junior Email Marketing Manager to join Bioma Health and help take our email campaigns to the next level. In this role, you will work closely with our creative, marketing, and product teams to build personalized, data-driven email strategies that drive sales and support our business goals. You will have the support and guidance to grow your skills while taking ownership of real campaigns from day one. Get ready to Take an entrepreneurial approach, collaborating with creative, marketing, and product teams to drive key initiatives and achieve results Deepen your expertise in email deliverability best practices and deployment optimization Develop and execute personalized, triggered email campaigns that align with strategic goals and boost sales Analyze email campaign performance, continuously optimizing strategies by considering factors like seasonality, customer segments, and competitor behavior Leverage analytics to inform decisions, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven improvements Maintain a healthy database through a regular list of hygiene practices We expect you to Have 2+ years of experience in email marketing with a solid understanding of design, build, and deliverability principles Have proficiency in email best practices, including campaign automation and A/B testing Have strong analytical skills with experience tracking and optimizing email campaign performance Have hands-on experience with the Klaviyo email marketing platform Have a proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a strong focus on getting things done Salary Gross salary range is 2000 - 2900EUR/month. Location We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga. For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
