Junior Engineer

Role Description As a Junior Engineer at ProjectLab Limited, you will support the design, development, and testing of technical solutions for client projects. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with software or system implementation, documenting requirements, preparing technical reports, and helping troubleshoot issues under the guidance of senior engineers. You will collaborate with cross-functional project teams, contribute to process improvements, and learn best practices in project execution and engineering standards. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Possess foundational technical skills in engineering or computer science, such as basic programming, system design principles, or data analysis.
• Possess skills related to project support and documentation, including requirement gathering, report writing, and maintaining clear technical records.
• Possess skills in teamwork and communication, including the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present information clearly.
• Possess problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to learn new tools and methodologies quickly.
• Currently pursuing or having completed a degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in project-based work and the skill economy; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Hong Kong SAR, managing time effectively across on-site and remote tasks.
