Junior Enterprise Mobile Radio Network Engineer

We’re looking for a Enterprise Mobile Radio Network Expert join us at Telia. I am Ramunas Mikalauskas, Head of Radio Access Network at Telia. Now I am looking for an experienced professional to join our team. Our RAN team specializes in planning, deploying, and optimizing high-performance radio networks to ensure seamless coverage, capacity, and connectivity. What you’ll do: While our standard RAN teams focus on wide-scale public connectivity, as a Private Mobile Radio Network Expert , you will be the dedicated technical lead for bespoke enterprise solutions. You will translate specific client business needs into high-performance private network architectures, moving beyond "best-effort" coverage to design mission-critical RAN environments (5G/4G) tailored for industrial automation, security, and digital transformation. Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex radio engineering and the unique operational requirements of our most strategic customers. Design tailored private 4G/5G radio architectures to meet specific client requirements for coverage, capacity, and mission-critical reliability. Deploy & Optimize end-to-end radio solutions, ensuring seamless integration and high-performance KPIs within complex industrial or enterprise environments. Consult strategic stakeholders to translate business operational needs into technical RAN specifications and long-term digital transformation roadmaps Innovate tools and processes to improve network efficiency, interference management, and the overall scalability of our private network portfolio. What will help you thrive in this role: You are a solution-oriented communicator who can bridge the gap between complex radio engineering and practical business value for our clients. Proven experience in mobile radio network planning, deployment, and optimization (4G/5G), preferably within private or industrial network sectors. Strong knowledge of RAN architecture, radio propagation modeling tools (e.g., Atoll, iBwave), and spectrum management. Ability to translate complex client operational needs into technical specifications and lead end-to-end project delivery. Fluency in Lithuanian and English, with the ability to present technical solutions clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders.
