Junior Entity Management Coordinator Location: Bogotá, Colombia – Remote initially, transitioning to Hybrid Type of Contract: Contractor initially; potential transition to EOR once the Colombia office is established Salary Range: USD $1,800–$2,000 per month + 10% monthly performance bonus Language Requirements: Full professional English required; Spanish strongly preferred Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Junior Entity Management Coordinator with working knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and cross-border business operations to support their senior legal leadership team. You will play a key role in coordinating corporate governance matters, entity management activities, documentation, and administrative support while helping establish their presence in Colombia. The role begins remotely and is expected to transition to a hybrid position in Bogotá once their local office is operational. Key Responsibilities Prepare, organize, and maintain legal, corporate, and entity management documentation across Latin American jurisdictions. Support entity management activities, including incorporations, statutory registrations, legal representative changes, annual filings, good standing certificates, and dissolutions. Coordinate with external entity management partners, law firms, and international service providers to track deliverables, requirements, deadlines, and jurisdiction-specific matters. Maintain accurate entity records, trackers, filing systems, organizational charts, shareholder registers, and corporate governance documentation. Support onboarding, due diligence, KYC, compliance documentation, and other corporate administrative processes. Coordinate deadlines, document collection, meetings, follow-ups, reports, presentations, and communications across multiple concurrent matters. Research and evaluate potential office locations in Bogotá, including coordinating with relevant vendors, brokers, or service providers and providing recommendations to senior leadership as the Colombia office is established. Must-Have Qualifications Working knowledge of corporate governance concepts and entity management processes, including incorporation, statutory filings, legal representative changes, good standing, and dissolution. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English. Strong Spanish communication skills preferred, particularly for coordinating with local Colombian stakeholders and service providers. Professional, proactive, and dependable approach to managing responsibilities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with international stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international, and cross-border business environment. Preferred Qualifications Academic background in law, business administration, international relations, corporate governance, compliance, or a related field; professional legal qualification is not required. Prior experience in corporate governance or entity management, ideally with a law firm, corporate services provider, or entity management platform. Experience working with corporate or administrative matters in Colombia or other Latin American jurisdictions. Exposure to international or cross-border business environments. Experience coordinating office setup, vendor selection, commercial real estate, workplace services, or similar operational projects is a plus. Familiarity with Colombian corporate and business administration processes is preferred.
