This role will support senior finance business partners in providing financial insights and strategic guidance to various business units, contributing to sound decision-making and operational efficiency. How you'll make an impact * Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. * Support business units with financial planning, variance analysis, and performance monitoring. * Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business trends and identify opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and understand business drivers. * Prepare presentations and reports for management, summarizing financial performance and recommendations. * Participate in financial closing activities and ensure accuracy of financial statements. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting tools. * Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required. Your background * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. * 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role. * Prior experience in auditing is considered an advantage. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders. * Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus. * Fluency in English and Italian is required.
