Junior FP&A & Investor Relations Manager (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM As a Junior FP&A & Investor Relations Manager at Westwing, you will work across financial planning and investor relations for one of Europe's leading home and living e-commerce companies. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A & Investor Relations, you will work closely with the broader team across both functions. This is a high-visibility role that demands strong numerical and analytical capabilities, rigorous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to drive workstreams independently in a fast-paced, listed-company environment. This position is permanent and based in Munich . WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage all IR operations and investor-facing materials end-to-end, including earnings press releases (English and German), investor presentations, speaker notes, earnings call support, IR website maintenance, sell-side consensus monitoring, and listed peers monitoring Contribute to the FP&A cycle, including reforecasting, budget preparation, and management reporting Support and streamline data gathering and analysis, promoting automation into both FP&A and IR workflows to reduce manual effort, improve insights and accuracy, and accelerate delivery across recurring and ad-hoc tasks Build and maintain financial models, working closely with the broader FP&A & IR team and commercial stakeholders Work collaboratively with a wide range of internal stakeholders across all business areas YOU COME WITH 1+ years of experience in a quantitative or finance-related role, with a strong track record of analytical and numerical delivery Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills and a strong appetite for working with data Demonstrable working knowledge of AI tools and automation to enhance analytical workflows Intellectual curiosity, a proactive and ownership-driven mindset, rigorous attention to detail, a highly organised working style, and an eagerness to learn, grow, and make an impact Near-native level German and fluency in English, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively across all levels and functions of the organisation WHY WESTWING If you are looking for a place where ambition meets creativity, where ideas turn into impact fast, and where people are trusted to grow - you have found it.
