We are looking for a Junior Growth Associate in Munich to support Sinpex’s growth initiatives and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and strategy. This role is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy analytical work, structured problem-solving, and clear communication.
You will work closely with experienced team members and management, contributing to growth projects while building a strong foundation in B2B sales and business development.
What you will do:
- Support Prospecting & Outreach: Help identify relevant prospects, build structured lead lists, and support the preparation of first outreach to decision-makers.
- Assist Partner & Customer Management: Support the coordination with partners and potential customers, helping to prepare meetings, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Customer & Market Analysis: Analyze customer needs, market segments, and use cases to support tailored go-to-market approaches.
- Support Sales & Growth Initiatives: Contribute to growth projects by preparing analyses, presentations, and data-driven insights.
- Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Management to help improve processes and scale growth activities.
What you will need:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or close to completion), ideally in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Interest in sales, growth, or business development (first experience is a plus, but not required).
- You combine strong communication skills with an analytical mindset and are comfortable using tools like Excel or CRM systems to drive results.
- You are outgoing, enjoy starting conversations, and are comfortable reaching out proactively including via cold calls without getting discouraged by rejection.
- Curiosity to understand technical products and explain them in a simple, structured way.
- Fluency in German and English to confidently navigate an international business environment.
