Junior Software Implementation Consultant | Remote or Hybrid | Compliance SaaS

The role:

Reviva are working with an exciting software company who create innovative compliance software solutions for financial institutions.

The next piece in the puzzle is growing the Implementation team, responsible for client software implementation and onboarding.

We are looking for multiple junior level hires, with 1-3 years of experience.

Location:

• Ad hoc travel to Berkshire office 1-2 times per month (flexibility here)

Responsibilities:

• Working on complex client onboarding projects, ensuring efficient stakeholder engagement, communicating the strategy to the client in line with their operation and regulatory needs.
• Primary PoC for all client queries and needs throughout the process, in line with project timelines.
• Deliver advanced product training and walkthroughs, including interpreting workflows and product outputs.
• Team collaboration and knowledge sharing, helping juniors and setting standards.

Requirements:

• Circa 1-3 years of experience within a SaaS company in Implementation, onboarding, Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar.
• Experience working with a range of financial institutions (Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banks, Hedge Funds, or similar)
• Experience within Regulatory Technology / Compliance software is desirable but not essential.
• Some technical (data analysis/ reporting) experience is desirable.
