What you will do

• Maintain detailed project logs for IT workstreams related to our client infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate schedules for technical meetings and ensure all relevant documentation is prepared in advance.
• Track the progress of software implementation cycles and report any delays to the project principals.
• Assist in the preparation of clear, concise status reports that summarize technical updates for non-technical stakeholders.
• Organize and archive project files to ensure that all governance and compliance requirements are met.
• Follow up with external vendors and technical teams to gather data on system performance.
• Update project management tools to reflect real-time changes in task ownership and deadlines.
• Provide administrative support during the transition periods of new operating model implementations.
