What You'll Do

• Provide first-level technical support to employees and customers

• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues

• Assist with account setup, password resets, and system access

• Document support tickets and resolutions

• Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams

• Support remote users through email, chat, and virtual meetings

• Learn and grow across multiple IT disciplines

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or 0-2 years of IT experience

• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and internet troubleshooting

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• English proficiency (written and verbal)

• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn

• Reliable internet connection and home workspace

Nice to Have

• IT certifications (CompTIA, Google IT Support, Microsoft Fundamentals)

• Exposure to Active Directory, networking, or cloud technologies

• Experience through internships, projects, or coursework
