To support our growth, we are opening a curricular internship position focused on Marketing and Sales Back-Office. This is a structured, hands-on internship designed to provide real operational exposure. We are not looking for someone who wants to "observe". We are looking for someone ready to work, contribute, and take responsibility from day one. Role Overview We are looking for a Junior Marketing and Sales Back-Office Intern who will support both marketing execution and commercial operations. This role sits between communication and sales. It is ideal for someone who wants to understand how digital marketing connects to real business development and revenue generation. You will work closely with the Head of Growth, Client Advisors, and the marketing team, contributing to ongoing projects and new business activities. Key Responsibilities Marketing Execution Support the creation and distribution of digital content (LinkedIn posts, newsletters, landing pages, website updates) Assist in managing editorial calendars and publication schedules Contribute to competitor research and audience analysis Support social media management and basic paid campaign setup (LinkedIn Ads / Google Ads) Assist in tracking performance metrics and preparing simple KPI reports Help update website content via CMS (WordPress) Sales Back-Office & Business Support Support the preparation of commercial proposals and presentations Assist in CRM management (HubSpot or similar) Help structure prospect lists and outreach materials Support follow-ups, documentation, and internal sales coordination Contribute to organising marketing and sales assets (case studies, decks, one-pagers) This is a curricular internship, but we expect maturity and a work ethic. We are looking for someone who: Has already had at least one prior work or internship experience Is genuinely interested in digital marketing and business development Works in a structured and organised way Can execute tasks with limited supervision Has strong attention to detail Is comfortable with responsibility and deadlines Communicates clearly and professionally Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) Basic knowledge of CMS systems (WordPress preferred) Interest in CRM tools and digital analytics Basic understanding of Google Ads / performance marketing is a plus Fluent in English, German, and Italian required Internship Structure Curricular internship (university agreement required) Duration: 6 months Full-time preferred This internship is designed to be formative through real responsibility. You will not be given simulated tasks. You will work on real projects, real clients, and real commercial processes.
