Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity
We are looking for a passionate
Media & Communication Specialist who can manage and enhance an organization’s internal and external communications for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage content that drive engagement, customer satisfaction and business success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Writing and editing press releases, web content, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Developing and implementing communication strategies to promote products, services, or organizational initiatives.
- Coordinating with marketing, sales, and public relations teams to strengthen brand reputation.
- Translating complex information into clear, accessible messages for diverse audiences, on different channels
- Monitoring and analyzing communication campaigns to improve effectiveness
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Press Relations, Media or a related field.
- 1+ years of proven experience in managing internal and/or external communications.
- Experience in paid and owned media, campaign planning
- Knowledge of SEO, GEO/AEO
- Knowledge of tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics
- Understanding of AI, AI agents, workflows.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German or French).
- Knowledge of Project Management, Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of media, media planning, media relations.
- Experience in working with implementing new systems.
