Junior operations and support officer

You are the operational backbone of our office. You support the founders directly, keep client files in order and ensure processes run smoothly, while receiving internal training in payments, FX and trade finance.

About Taper

Taper is a non-bank fintech boutique offering access to IBAN accounts, international payments and FX services for SMEs, private equity structures and fund organisations. TaperTrade provides financing via debtor finance and trade finance. You work directly alongside a team of four experienced founders.

What will you do?

• Support founders with daily tasks and internal coordination
• Manage and keep client files up to date (KYC/AML, contracts, GDPR)
• Process and structure internal documentation and workflows
• First point of contact for clients with practical questions about payments and accounts
• Processing financing applications towards funds and credit insurers
• Broad support with office management, personal assistance and HR tasks
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• HBO or university graduate, 0–2 years of work experience
• Strong administrative skills, well-organised and proactive
• Excellent communication in both Dutch and English
• Affinity with fintech, payments, FX or trade finance
