Junior Operations Coordinator — Retail & Wholesale

Own the day-to-day operation behind our stores and our wholesale partners.

ABOUT THE ROLE

LAAGAM is an independent fashion brand based in Barcelona. We create fashion with character and we grow fast: online, in our own stores and through wholesale. Behind every store that trades well and every B2B order that ships on time there is a team making it all fit together: Operations.

We are looking for a junior profile with real drive who wants to take ownership of the operation behind our Retail and Wholesale channels. You do not need a long career behind you, but you do need a first solid experience in operations and, above all, attitude, order and the will to learn.

You will start with close support from the Operations team, with a clear plan: gain autonomy and end up leading these two areas within the team.

YOUR MISSION

Make sure our stores always have the right product and every wholesale order leaves complete and on time, and become the reliable link between stores, warehouse, Retail and Wholesale.

RETAIL OPERATIONS

• Make sure our stores always have the right product: replenishment, stock and inventory.

• Follow store stock levels and trigger replenishment before a size or a best seller runs out.

• Coordinate transfers between stores and warehouse and follow them through to arrival.

• Support inventory counts and protect stock accuracy across the store network.

• Escalate product, stock or systems issues with clear context and follow-up.

WHOLESALE OPERATIONS

• Make sure every wholesale order goes out complete and on time, coordinating with our partners.

• Follow each B2B order from confirmation to delivery: allocation, preparation, documentation and shipping.

• Be the operational contact for wholesale partners on stock, deadlines and incidents.

• Keep order, delivery and incident information updated so nothing depends on scattered emails.

COORDINATION, DATA AND PROCESS

• Be the link between stores, warehouse and the Retail and Wholesale departments.

• Look after the data and the KPIs so we decide with evidence, not by eye.

• Prepare recurring reporting on stock, replenishment, orders and service level.

• Build and maintain checklists and simple procedures so the operation does not depend on one person's memory.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Stores receive the right product at the right time and avoidable stockouts go down.

• Wholesale orders leave complete and on time, and partners always know where their order stands.

• Stock information is accurate and trusted by Retail, Wholesale and the warehouse.

• Recurring reporting arrives on time and points to what needs action.

• You progressively take ownership of Retail and Wholesale operations with growing autonomy.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, retail, wholesale, logistics or a similar role. Relevant internships count.

• Organised, resourceful and with real ownership: you like taking your topics from start to finish.

• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and able to learn new tools at speed.

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage several open topics without losing deadlines.

• Professional fluency in Spanish, as the team works day to day in Spanish, and working English for our international partners.

• A genuine interest in growing within fashion and operations.

• Based in Barcelona or able to work regularly from our Barcelona office.

• €21,000–€25,000 gross annual salary in 12 payments, depending on experience.
