(Junior) Operations Manager - Austria (m/f/d)

Are you ready to take true ownership of our properties in Salzburg, Carinthia and Upper Austria? As (Junior) Operations Manager (m/f/d) , you will shape the daily performance of our local portfolio in Austria. How you’ll be hosting with heart: You will be responsible for our properties in Salzburg, Carinthia and Upper Austria and make sure that our daily operations run smoothly by coordinating with our local service providers and conducting site visits regularly You take over the multi-site portfolio management across your assigned region, maintaining overview and operational control over multiple locations simultaneously You ensure all properties meet Limehome’s quality standards and monitor KPIs, cost ratios, and P&L metrics to drive operational performance and profitability You take part in the pre-opening and go-live phases of new properties, ensuring operational readiness and seamless handovers You build strong relationships with our cleaning and maintenance partners, managing and negotiating with external vendors to ensure smooth operations for all Limehomes You guarantee our existing processes and guidelines are applied consistently across all locations and contribute to maintaining our high standards What you need to shoot for the stars: You have a Commercial Apprenticeship or a degree in economics, tourism/hospitality or related fields - or have equivalent professional experience You bring at least 2+ years of experience in hospitality operations, ideally managing external partners and handling the day-to-day in a dynamic environment You are located in the area of Salzburg and are open to visit the properties on a regular basis Additionally, you speak German on a native level and have very good communication skills in English You have the ability to organize projects, appointments, and are a team player You’re confident when it comes to negotiation and conflict resolution, especially when dealing with landlords, suppliers, or demanding stakeholders Also, you take ownership, love to tackle challenges, and keep cool in stressful situations A keen sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality define your work style What is more, your motto is "Nothing is impossible"!
