Reporting to the Head of Pricing, you will help build cost models, rate cards, and pricing narratives for bids submitted to governments, institutional donors, and private-sector clients. This is a great opportunity for an early-career analyst with strong Excel and analytical skills who wants to build a career in pricing, proposal development, or commercial finance within the international consulting/donor-funded sector. Responsibilities: Proposal & Bid Pricing Support the Head of Pricing in building pricing models for new business proposals, in response to government, donor, and private-sector solicitations. Populate and maintain standard pricing templates, rate cards, and cost build-ups (labour, overheads, subcontractors, Operational Development Costs, fee/margin). Draft supporting pricing narratives and basis-of-estimate (BOE) documentation that clearly substantiate the pricing approach. Ensure pricing submissions comply with solicitation instructions and donor/client cost principles. Analysis & Modelling Conduct competitive and market rate benchmarking to inform pricing strategy and Price-to-Win positioning. Analyse historical contract costs and margins to support pricing assumptions on new bids. Assist with sensitivity and scenario analysis (e.g., different staffing mixes, currency assumptions, contract durations). Maintain and improve pricing tools, templates, and trackers to increase efficiency and accuracy. Cross-Functional Coordination Liaise with Business Development, Finance, Contracts, and Project/Delivery teams to gather inputs needed for pricing (staffing plans, technical approach, project budgets). Support internal pricing reviews and pricing/cost compliance checks ahead of submission deadlines. Track proposal pricing status and deadlines, flagging risks or bottlenecks to the Head of Pricing. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Prepare regular pricing reports and win/loss pricing analysis for the Pricing and Finance functions. Support post-award reconciliation of priced assumptions versus actual contract performance. Contribute ideas to improve pricing processes, tools, and documentation standards. Qualifications: 3 years' experience in pricing, financial analysis, proposal support, or a related analytical role (internships/placements count) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field Strong Excel skills (financial modelling, formulas, pivot tables); comfort with numbers and attention to detail Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear pricing narratives and summaries Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven bid environment Strong organisational skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude when working across teams Exposure to government/donor solicitation requirements or cost principles (e.g., USAID, FCDO, EU) is an advantage but not required Fluency in English required; additional languages relevant to IN2's operating regions are a plus. IN2 is committed to hiring the best talent. As a company, it is proud of its diverse and inclusive workforce and so we welcome applications from all professional and cultural backgrounds, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, or religion.
