As a boutique agency specializing in third-party manufacturing, we guide our clients from concept to shelf—bridging formulation, compliance, production, and innovation. With a growing portfolio of visionary clients and a strong foundation, we’re ready to welcome our first (Junior) Product Developer to join us on this exciting journey.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development of cosmetic products across skincare, haircare, and makeup categories
• Prepare and update product briefs, development timelines, and sample trackers
• Coordinate with third-party partners—formulators, manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and compliance experts
• Organize product documentation for regulatory filings and certifications
• Assist with client communication, meeting prep, and reporting
• Conduct trend and market research to enrich product concepts
• Keep project files tidy and contribute to overall team organization
  
  

Who You Are

• A recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for cosmetics and product development
• Detail-oriented, structured, and naturally curious
• Proactive and independent—you’re comfortable figuring things out as you go
• A confident communicator with solid English skills (Dutch is a plus)
• Competent in basic tools like Excel, Google Drive, and task trackers
• Flexible and hands-on—happy to juggle development tasks and admin
• Experience through internships or work in beauty, FMCG, or consulting is a bonus
